I'm doing a marketing plan for school and I'm in the analysis section competition. Obviously I can say to me what I like and dislike about each stall, but I like a well rounded opinion. I am interested in all areas, facilities, location, prices, what they offer. I chose what I thought were some of the best farms in the area I am researching. The competitive analysis should list the strengths of each stable against the barn which will create the marketing plan. IE what do the other stables offer or do better than his barn. It should also indicate weaknesses in the granaries the competition, the areas where you can target your barn to create competitive advantages marketing. IE has a barn to provide an interior space, but not others?
