Looking to get a miniature horse for children as a pet.?
With the research I've done that are very different a shetland (which often are used as guide horses for blind animal therapy for people with disabilities, etc.) and with a responsible and caring for the environment hope to make a wonderful addition to our family of farmers. thumbnails live until they are usually 25 to 35 years of age. Ive found a 9yr old mare who has had a pair of horses well and was chosen for the amount due to its calm temperament .. Does anyone have more information about it.
Really depends on the colt, if you handraising then yes, because he is training. And if not trained then you can be a dangerous thing around young children because they do not know how to act.
