Why is it so difficult to buy horse meat in the UK?
It is slightly sweet, tender, low in fat and high in protein and free available throughout Europe. So why is hard to get some in the UK? Beef, pork, lamb, venison, chicken, turkey and other Meats are available in the UK, I did not hear anyone crying for them.
