Where is …?
We are looking for a horse that is trained. We have some suggestions from a friend of the Bureau of Land Management Mustang Adoption Program in Idaho or Oregon. I was wondering if anyone new a website about this, or any other information.
The BLM adopts the Broncos not the trainees. If you are looking for a trained horse, and do not want to spend much money, consider a free lease. Many horses, many available as a free contract, because their owners are out of college or starting a family and have no time to walk more. I have included a link that offers free horses. When contacting the owners, explain what you want to use the horse for, and what your personal training and experience has been. It also includes a link to the BLM, but you do not want a wild horse as their first horse!
